Buy the Acid Lab first
Setup runs about $750K, and it returns roughly $120K per ~48 minutes when you supply it yourself.
It’s the best first business in 2026 for reasons beyond the raw number:

Cayo Perico is still the ceiling
For pure rate, nothing solo beats it: one player can clear the heist start to finish for roughly $1,000,000+ net per run.
It needs a Kosatka, which is a real investment. But if you only ever buy two things, make them the Kosatka and the Acid Lab.
The ninety-minute loop
A repeatable session that doesn’t need a five-stack:
- Collect passive income — Nightclub safe, Acid Lab stock, bunker
- Start Acid Lab production so it’s earning during everything else
- Run Cayo Perico if the cooldown is up
- Fill dead time with a short contract or robbery while sell timers refill
- Sell during a bonus week if there is one
